When Every Minute Counts
Standing water is your home is worst enemy. The longer water sits on and inside your building materials, the deeper it penetrates — and the more expensive the restoration becomes. What is a drying job after 2 hours can become a mold remediation and structural repair job after 48 hours.
Our emergency water removal service exists to stop that clock as fast as possible. We respond in 60 minutes or less, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Detroit coldest nights and worst storm events.
Our Extraction Equipment
Truck-mounted extraction units are the gold standard of water removal. Unlike portable units that must be manually emptied, truck-mounts pull water directly to a large holding tank — continuous operation, no interruptions. Our units extract thousands of gallons per hour.
Portable submersible pumps handle deeper standing water in situations where the truck-mount hose cannot reach — sub-basement levels, crawlspaces, or restricted access areas.
Specialty extractors for hard-to-reach areas: weighted extraction tools for carpeting, wand extractors for hard floors, and crevice tools for gaps between flooring and baseboard.
What Happens After Extraction
Water extraction is the critical first step but just step one. After removing standing water, our moisture mapping process identifies all structural materials that absorbed water and need professional drying. We begin structural drying immediately after extraction to prevent mold and structural damage.
